Shadow07 Peon Join Date: Jul 2006 Posts: 14	my vote would have to be with the shaman and the rogue. rogues are awsome at 1 vs 1. and shamans are awsome at getting the flag and some 1 vs 1. not so much as rogues though.

A destruction spec warlock is good at raking up the kills faster imo, but thats just from personal exp, I bet everyone feels different about warlocks. Also having one as my main, Im better at being a lock than I am at anything else! __________________

They can beat rogues and warriors easly and hunters they just blink near them and nuke them. Druids and Shammans are diffrent but pretty much still get owned. Shadow priests are the only ones who i think they can lose agaisnt.

Im sorry but I really hate to say this line but I have to.......you must not be facing very skilled Shaman if you are beating them with a mage on a regular basis shaman are almost anti-magi, on both my Druid and my Shaman mages are some of the easiest kills especially on my shaman oh I lie if im like not ready and maybe fighting a mob then Ill often loose to a mage that opens with a Pyroblast and follows up with a POM Pryoblast but then most classes can take you out under optimal circumstances.
But if I am at least halfway prepared mages are weaksauce shaman just have too many ways to remove a mages ability to effectively do damage, no in my personel experience with Mage vs Shaman combat mages are very good at running away.

I dont think there really is a best PvP class as some classes are better against some classes than others. While I still feel this applies to Warlocks and Shadow Priests to a degree I do believe they are somewhat imbalanced in PvP because while they still follow the system of some classes can take them down I feel that with these two its too few.

I also find it a bit ridiculous that the Primary healing class in the game can spec to be such an effective offensive PvP class.

Daar Peon Join Date: Oct 2006 Posts: 1	hunter traps and FD+trap make pvp with them easy, and there pets if chosen right can make it impossible to lose to casters. hunters have a huge amount of DPS and many survival skills, and are practically impossible to catch if they decide to run from you.

kazooie Peon Join Date: Dec 2006 Posts: 1	ok now..... i havent read ALL of this.. but basically.. here goes it depends on the person behind the comp.. i mean... i have a friend lvl 59 lock that can own 3 60 rouges at the same time... and a friend who is a lvl 60 priest.. and he is unstoppable... yu just cant defeat him... its all about HOW yu play.. anyone who says locks cant own.. i dare ya to play my friend.. hes a beast// same goes for ppriests... i chose druid cuz thats what i play and i like it... but.. any class can do well im sure.. some might be better suited.. but... all can accomplish based oon the player

Priceless.

I play a rogue and i love it, and i think i do just as good in group as i do in solo, i even think that when im defending the flag in wsg i do better with 1 mage and 1 warrior vs 5 horde jumping down from the roof trying to assault us. i dont really like stealth other then cheapshot that is cause im sword spec. so i tend to just try and run in SS around the enemy before they can do much to stun freeze or what ever to stop me and i love cripling potion cause then he cant catch me and before he/she finds out that he is crippled im back with my attacks... not high crits but many white dmg thats what i like :) the only class i hate must be another rogue thats dagger spec/stunlock. else then that i mostly can do 1vs2 sometimes 1vs3 and i think thats the most fun about rogue with there stuns sprint and potions ,,, thats why i think rogue is the best just what ever spec they have,,:)

You may find they always prefered to get the classes in balance . It's is the style of the game .And maybe warlock is the best class for PVP now ,but maybe warriors or priests will take the place with the release of another patch or in the next expansion.

Warlocks can do massive amounts of damage with DoTs and DD, and hunters can do large amounts of damage from a far range in mail armor and have a pet beating on their enemy. __________________
